Our Beginning
The East Liverpool-Fawcett Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation which was named for Thomas Fawcett, who helped to found East Liverpool in 1798. The foundation was launched in 1992 for the purpose of improving and revitalizing the East Liverpool area, and supporting causes and groups which are devoted to the same. The foundation is run by a 11-member board of directors and four officers.
